Whenever I'm channel surfing and come across the city gov. channel and the mayor's on I have to stop and listen for a few minutes. Sure enough, she never fails to fail at public speaking. Rarely does she know the guest speaker that she is about to introduce and butcher their name. Rarely does she have the facts in front of her but she begins to assfact the details untill a member of the press asks for more details or to tell her that she just contridicted herself. At that time, after she has stuffed a Jimmy Choo in her mouth, does she finally shut up. What a love-hate relationship I have with her.
