SC: Reading your running &quot;chronicles&quot; has also made me a bit envious of the feat.  There are two things I want to accomplish: a.) get back in the shape I was in and b.) drop some unwanted pounds.  Part of that will probably include adding a running regimen and using my bike more often.  March half-marathons are out, but maybe my craziness will include some triathlons.  A college friend has started to take those up.

Especially ones that go downhill for almost the entire course and start after 1:00pm.
