As expected, Fox has been airing promos for the upcoming season of 24, its 7th season, during the World Series. Since I have been half-heartedly watching it, though, I have missed it until stumbling upon it on the Intertubes. The Jack Sack posted it yesterday, and it is also available at the official 24 Trailer site.
Looks like they are going with a completely different approach from years past, which is a good thing considering last season started out pretty good but ended up being just alright. One of the better parts of this series is the return of Tony Almeida, which in a typical 24 plot twist has him very much alive as opposed to the last time we saw him.
In any event, the trailer available at 24Trailer.com is edited, as it does not include a line found in the UK trailer that Jack utters before beginning to torture a suspect. Apparently, that has been deemed to sensitive for a trailer. >:o Fortunately, that’s where YouTube comes in.
UPDATE: Since the YouTube gods have spoken, I have updated the trailer. Let’s hope it works.
