Via Dethroner, I learned of the death of a beer luminary. Michael Jackson, beer critic and “Beer Hunter,” has died. No more will his well-written reviews of beer (or scotch) ever grace the page. Jackson’s work played an important role in bringing back the artistry of craft beer from the bad days of the 1970s and 1980s.
Raise a glass (or two) in honor of Michael Jackson today. Chances are his efforts resulted in the fine nectar you are about to consume.
