Of course, there was debauchery, but nothing nearly as bad as I have done in the past. I had a pretty fun yet not completely drunken celebration of the day, beginning at 8 AM.
- Guinness and Lucky Charms is not nearly as bad as one would think.
- Tir Na Nog is not a bad place for some Guinness.
- J. Patrick’s is always a good time.
- Lots of shot–Jameson and Bailey’s–early leads to entertaining happenings mid-day. Surprisingly, though, I was not that bad.
- Trading texts with someone is definitely fun.
I know the real reason for the celebration, and there certainly were a number of amateurs out during the day. Nonetheless, I know my late grandmother would have wanted me to have fun.
