I am not someone who asks for lots of things. The one thing I tend to prefer, though, is that the seasons be, well, seasonal. Is it too much to ask for December to be wintry? Yesterday, it was 61, and according to Weather.com the coolest daytime high in the next 10 days is supposed to be 50 degrees.
50 DEGREES in DECEMBER!!! WTF?!?!?!? It’s supposed to be cold for Christmas, dammit!

HEY – Let it snow AFTER I drive 6 hours home to Ohio on 12/22, okay? Then it can snow all you want. Do we really want to risk me being stranded in the snow and dying?
Wait. Don’t answer that.

It doesn’t normally snow much in December in Maryland. Most of our snow comes in January and February. I just want it to be cold. There is something to be said for the crisp winter air and the bite the wind has when you step out into it from your warm home.
