David Caruso’s Dramatizations

I am not a big CSI:Whatever viewer, but I have been known to catch an episode or two. One of the funnier things I have observed is that David Caruso's character on CSI:Miami, Horatio Caine, has a tendency to dramatize his remarks, normally punctuating them with putting his sunglasses on and placing his hands on his hips.

Thanks to Defamer and YouTube, someone has created a montage which validates my observations. Enjoy the next seven minutes of Horatio's histrionics:

  1. Broadsheet says

He's the new William Shatner / Captain Kirk!

  2. anoymouscoworker says

Ha ha ha! Holy crap he's terrible. Either that, or his director is an absolute hack.

This was WAY funnier than it had any right to be. Jesus he's... (pauses, puts sunglasses on) ...a lousy actor. (exits dramaticaly, stage left.)

Broadsheet: Shatner is in his own pantheon, and a surprisingly good one at that.

ACW: He is so bad, it's funny.

wombat: You forgot to put your hands on your hips. ;-)
