On my ever-growing list of things I need to get now that I own a house: tools. Try hooking up a washer and dryer without the appropriate tools, and it gets somewhat interesting. Needless to say, I am adding a ratchet set and a decent toolbox (with tools) to the list that includes a decent cordless drill.

Hey dude, Sally and I have more cordless drills than we know what to do with (She used to work for DeWalt)… I bet I can talk her into hooking you up with one of them. Not “hook up” in a sexual way. Unless you’re into power tools like that, in which case, to each his own, brother.
