On Sunday morning, I signed away myself and my unborn children as I made an offer on the house I looked at. I will see what happens, but I am a little nervous and apprehensive about the whole process. I know at the end it is a good thing, but just thinking about it gets me a little nervous. I am normally pretty calm and collected, but nothing can prepare you for the adventure that is buying your first house.

Congrats dude… I hope all goes well for you with the house. I was nervous as hell when we bought our place. It all pays off when they hand you the key.
We’ll see what happens today. The sellers made a counter-offer.
