At least he is releasing the trilogy as I remember it. Unfortunately, it means money spent on another DVD set. The good part: it will replace the only VHS tapes I have–the original trilogy I bought back in 1997. Damn you, George Lucas!

Oh come on now, you knew this would happen. No more movies in the works, so he has to make more money somehow.
Yeah, James, I should have known. Lucas loves lining his pocket, and I think I ranted to someone about this same thing happening not too long ago. Oh well. Like a moth drawn to the flame, he will be getting my hard-earned cash for this set.
Good news comes in two’s — this yesterday, and today my laptop shipped!
BTW – Lucas lined his pocket by releasing the trilogy on DVD before the HD/Blue-Wave/wtf-its-called new DVD format.
