I always assume it’s an ID 10 T error. Even when it’s me.

Well, today was the day that someone brings me a problem: “I can’t open [proprietary account software file] since I don’t know the password. Can you crack it?” Of course, there I am scrambling to download a tool via BitTorrent.
I got it, and it worked. At the same time, though, the former employee emailed the password. Sigh.
