With the New Year upon us and the revelry of the holidays behind us, it is high time that members of the local blogosphere congregate over beverages, food, and conversation. The intrepid Bonanza Jellybean–the zany wit behind the blog fruitloops and porn–has stepped forward to be the hostess. As a friend, I have been remiss in publicizing said gathering. If you have never been to one of these, I heartily encourage you to go. If you have already been to one or a few of these gatherings, you know of the debauchery that takes place during this bacchanal. The group is a collection of some of the most intelligent, engaging, and interesting people you will meet. There are, of course, a few "statistical outliers." The drinking takes place to make those "outliers" more bearable. 
All kidding aside, though. If you blog and you are in the Baltimore area, come meet your fellow bloggers. If you do not blog and merely read them, come and meet the people behind some of the blogs you enjoy. I can assure you that a good time will be had.
