I have Been busy the last couple of days–playing catchup professionally and personally following my two day seminar at Microsoft. I was reminded of the reason why I never go to Washington or Northern Virgnia: the traffic is absolutely abysmal. A sixty-mile trip takes at least 2 hours anytime near rush hour. Doing that last week just cemented the fact that those two areas are two places I will never live.
Our team lost in the playoffs yesterday in the Sobosports league. Oh well, at least we had a fun season that turned out well. Man was it cold out, with the wind coming right off the Patapsco River. Following our loss, we consumed Bloody Mary’s, Bailey’s and Coffee, and beer. It was a good time, but my body decided to catch up on sleep last night as a result.
Time to get back to getting some stuff done before the work week.
