Meh…

  • Mixing National Bohemian and Resurrection
    is not necessarily a wise choice.  I was not hungover, but I just
    had no desire to get out of my bed this morning considering the late
    hour I got home.  Nothing but a small headache, which is now
    gone.  Of course, I did not pack my lunch today, so I need to
    spend some money on that later today. 
  • I am a corporate shill, and as such I tend to visit the corporate place people hate: Starbucks.  I have discovered another espresso-laden beverage that I now love:  Caffè Americano. 
    I must thank one of my college buddies for turning me onto this drink,
    but it is tasty!  Especially when you put 5 shots of espresso in
    it. 
  • I need to buy and mail off my Mother’s Day cards today.  I
    will probably step out of my office in a little bit to do so. 
    Thanks, Mom and Grandmom, even though neither one will see this. 
  • I need to update my blogroll, so between doing actual work I might do
    that.  Anyone know a good OPML editor I can use (that does NOT use
    Java)?  Dave Winer is supposed to be coming out with an open source
    one, but I need something now, dammit!
  • Speaking of Dave, Happy Belated 50th Birthday!  I might as
    well get on the bandwagon and be a suck-up.  That said, without
    his work, I would not be blogging.  Also, thanks to his work with RSS, I am like a crack addict with the feeds in my aggregator.
